Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, washed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 425F 220C
Put potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper
Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered
Lay the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Roast in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy
Flip the food over halfway through to make sure it cooks evenly
