Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: toppings such as chopped nuts or coconut flakes
Instructions:
After the bananas are peeled and sliced, freeze them for at least two hours
Blend or process the frozen bananas, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder in a food processor or blender
Scrape down the sides as necessary, and blend until creamy and smooth
For a soft-serve consistency, serve right away; for a firmer texture, move to a container and freeze for one to two hours
