Ingredients:
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup oatmeal cookie crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased
Follow the directions on the brownie mix package to make it
Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix well
Mix the sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and cream cheese in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth
Spread out half of the brownie batter in the pan that has been prepared
Spread the cream cheese mix on top of the brownie batter
Add spoonfuls of the rest of the brownie batter to the cream cheese mixture
Cut the brownie and cream cheese layers together with a knife
Cover the whole thing with oatmeal cookie crumbs
When you stick a toothpick into the middle, it should mostly come out clean with a few wet crumbs
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
Let it cool all the way down in the pan on a wire rack
Cut it into squares after it has cooled down
Half of each square should be dipped into melted semisweet chocolate chips
Put the dipped brownies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it in the fridge until the chocolate sets
