Paleo Coconut Flour Naan

Rather than using grains, this Paleo coconut flour naan makes a tasty substitute for regular naan bread. It's fluffy and soft, making it ideal for mopping up your preferred Paleo-friendly curries or dips.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and salt

In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut milk, eggs, and melted coconut oil

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil

Spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, spreading it out into a thin circle

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown

Carefully flip the naan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side

Repeat with the remaining batter

Serve warm and enjoy!
