Keto No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake



Indulge in this decadent Keto No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake that's gluten-free, primal, and low-carb. It's the perfect treat for those following a ketogenic lifestyle or anyone looking for a guilt-free dessert option.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Melted butter, 1/4 cup of powdered erythritol, and almond flour should all be mixed together in a bowl

It's time to make the crust! Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan

Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes

Put softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract in a different bowl

Beat the mixture until it is smooth

Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

Add the whipped cream slowly while mixing it in until it's well combined

Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and mix them in
