Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Melted butter, 1/4 cup of powdered erythritol, and almond flour should all be mixed together in a bowl
It's time to make the crust! Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan
Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
Put softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract in a different bowl
Beat the mixture until it is smooth
Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Add the whipped cream slowly while mixing it in until it's well combined
Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and mix them in
Put the cheesecake mix on top of the crust that has been chilled
Put it in the fridge for at least four hours, or until it sets
Take it out of the springform pan and cut it into pieces once it's set
Enjoy! Serve cold
